  • General banking/insurance/administration tasks
  • Ability to understand and deal with a variety of customers
  • Willingness to provide exceptional client service
  • Building rapport and successfully maintaining relationships with customers
  • Learn and maintain an understanding of technical aspects of core and specialised banking/insurance products
Your skills and experience:
  • Related tertiary qualifications desirable
  • Previous customer service experience across hospitality/retail/corporate
  • Proven interpersonal and strong communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and progress
  • Team orientated
