- To receive this incentive, nominated referrals cannot already be registered with SMF Recruitment
- Temporary referrals must complete an assignment of eight weeks. Incentive will be given upon completion of the eight weeks.
- Permanent referrals must complete six months in the permanent job. Incentive will be given six months after their commencement date.
- Placements must be made within three months of the referral.
- Payroll contractors are excluded.
- SMF Recruitment reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time.
- SMF Recruitment employees are not eligible to participate.
- There are no limits to the number of referrals a candidate can make.
