Candidate Referral Program

At SMF Recruitment we know that good people know good people.

A large number of the people that we place into great jobs come from people that have registered with SMF Recruitment and have referred friends, colleagues and acquaintances. We understand how important a network is and we would like to say thank you for being part of ours.

If you introduce someone to SMF Recruitment that we place in to a job then we will say thank you by giving you an iPod.

All you need to do is carefully read the program terms and conditions and then fill out the form.

Program Terms & Conditions:

1. To receive this incentive, nominated referrals cannot already be registered with SMF Recruitment
2. Temporary referrals must complete an assignment of eight weeks. Incentive will be given upon completion of the eight weeks.
3. Permanent referrals must complete six months in the permanent job. Incentive will be given six months after their commencement date.
4. Placements must be made within three months of the referral.
5. Payroll contractors are excluded.
6. SMF Recruitment reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time.
7. SMF Recruitment employees are not eligible to participate.
8. There are no limits to the number of referrals a candidate can make.
